2 Timothy 2:15

"Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth." - KJV

"Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth." - NKJV

"Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth." - NIV

"Study and do your best to present yourself to God approved, a workman [tested by trial] who has no reason to be ashamed, accurately handling and skillfully teaching the word of truth." - Amplified

Some ask me why I use a variety of Biblical translations when I do a Biblical study, and even here in this website, when I should "Just pick the Hebrew version" or "The King James Version is the best," of course there are those who have even told me that unless I am using the RSV, NIV, Darby or some other translation that I am in danger of leading my fellow servants to "hellfire" or some similar fate... Well, like Paul admonishing Timothy, we must study, showing ourselves approved unto God, a workman who is unashamed because we correctly interpret and present the words of Hashem.

In this section I am going to present you the student with materials and considerations to assist you with your personal studies, that you might find yourself drawing closer personally to Hashem, and in so doing bring your family closer together and closer to Him also.

Together we might cry with a mighty voice - "Baruch Hashem Adonai!" "Blessed is the name of the Lord!"
